The data given for each radionuclide is a summary of the main gamma/Xray emissions (approx.  >5% abundance). This is NOT the same as the decay characteristics.  The emission data takes into account any internal conversions etc.

For example the decay process of Kr81m gives the 191 kev gamma ray in 100% of decays. However due to internal conversions, the 191kev gamma ray is emitted with 66% abundance.

The photon data are the most useful for practical purposes and the main electron emission data are given only for Kr81m and Tc99m. This shows that they are not pure gamma emitters (as is sometimes thought) and isomeric decay does involve the emission of electrons. The electron emissions are only relevant for internal dosimetry calculations and are fully taken into account in the MIRD scheme.
